Gust of the Patris Hotel apartment are kindly requested to observe the following lease terms:

1. Please note the check-in time for all apartments is 2pm, with check-out at 12am on the day of departure.
2. Upon check-in, guests of the Patris Hotel Apartment will be required to provide a security deposit starting from AED 5,000, which will be used only in the event that damages occur in the apartment during the stay. At the same time, guests will receive a registration card detailing the exact security deposit procedure.
3. Please note that an inventory check will take place prior to check-out from the apartment.
4. Pet Policy: Please note no pets are allowed.
5. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is required 3 days prior to arrival to avoid penalties.
6. Guests are required to observe the following maximum occupancy per apartment:

• One bedroom apartment – max 2 persons
• Two bedroom apartment – max 4 persons
• Three bedroom apartment – max 6 persons
